As a blogger, I'm on my computer ALL the time. I have obligations to companies to get their reviews and giveaways up in a timely manner. I can't have my system bogged down. It needs to be as fast a possible. The faster the computer is, the faster I can get things done.

System Mechanic cleans out everything that is unecessary from your your computer. It gets rid of all your junk and clutter just sitting in your computer taking up space. Don't worry, it will ask if you think something is needed. It asked me if my alexa toolbar was important. I just click it was needed and it wasn't removed. You can use System Mechanic in addition to other downloads like Norton, I do. I think the Norton is great for viruses, cleaning out temp files, etc.. System Mechanic seems to do what I like to call a "deeper cleaning."

It couldn't be easier to use. Once it's installed you simply click the icon on your desktop then click the "repair all" button for it to start it scan. Now I just click on the desktop icon about once a week and System Mechanic lets me know the status; good, fair, poor or critical. I scan even if I have a fair status.

FYI: Run the scan when you are finished on your computer for the day. It can take a few minutes or a few hours depending on how much stuff is on your computer. My first scan took a couple hours.

Once the scan is complete you won't believe the difference!
