Choose the freebie you want and add it to your cart. You'll be taken to the check-out page, but click on the "free samples" tab at the top of the page to choose another free sample. After you picked your two free samples, go to check-out.
You'll be asked for a phone number - I entered my area code then 999-9999.
You'll be asked for a credit card number - Choose Mastercard and enter 16 zeros.
You'll be asked for an Expiration date - Choose any expiration date.
