Directions
CORE apple, leaving 1-1/2-inch
opening in apple. MIX peanut butter, cereal and raisins. Spoon into
center of apple. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until
ready to serve. Makes 1 serving.
Cinnamon Strawberry-Stuffed French Toast

This breakfast treat is stuffed with wholesome strawberries, cinnamon bunches and great flavor!

Ingredients
1 tub (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
spread 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 12 slices whole wheat bread
1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries 4 eggs 1/2 cup fat-free milk
2-1/2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats with Cinnamon Clusters Cereal, coarsely
crushed 3/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 450ºF. Combine cream
cheese spread and cinnamon. Spread 1 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture
onto each bread slice. Cover half of each bread slice with strawberries;
fold bread in half to enclose strawberries. BEAT eggs and milk with
wire whisk in shallow dish until well blended. Dip stuffed bread slices
into egg mixture, then in cereal, turning to evenly coat both sides of
each stuffed bread slice with cereal. Gently press cereal into both
sides of bread to secure. Place on lightly greased or parchment
paper-covered baking sheet. BAKE 7 to 9 min. or until golden brown.
Serve warm with the syrup.
Chocolate-Dipped Snowballs
Description
Chewy and gooey on the inside. Crunchy and chocolatey on the outside. This delicious treat has it all!

Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 1 pkg.
(10 oz.) marshmallows 5 cups Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds
Cereal 1 container (7 oz.) dark semi-sweet dipping chocolate
Directions
MELT butter in large saucepan on low
heat. Add marshmallows; cook 5 min. or until marshmallows are melted and
mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir
in cereal. Cool slightly. SHAPE into 24 balls with moistened hands.
Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; cool completely. HEAT
dipping chocolate as directed on container. Dip top of each ball in
chocolate; return, dipped-side up, to baking sheet. Refrigerate 15 min.
or until chocolate is firm. Cover and refrigerate remaining dipping
chocolate.
Crunchy Chicken Dippers
Description
This deliciously crunchy treat is
always a crowd-pleaser. Plus the lean chicken makes for healthier
snacking and the fortified cereal contains iron.

2 eggs 2 lb. boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips 4-1/2 cups Honey Bunches
of Oats Cereal, finely crushed 1 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Beat eggs
lightly in shallow dish or pie plate. Dip chicken in eggs, turning over
to evenly coat both sides of each strip. Coat chicken evenly with
cereal. Place in two 15x10x1-inch baking pans sprayed with cooking
spray. BAKE 25 min. or until chicken is cooked through. SERVE as
dippers with the barbecue sauce.
