Bona Hardwood Floor Mop

We have hardwood floors all through our condo including the kitchen, (except the bathroom - we have tile there). We only have one area rug and that's in living room. So its important that the floors look good.

I've used another mop similar to Bona Hardwood Floor Mop, but didn't like it that much. It honestly works better as a dry dust mop and I like using it that way. But, the wet pad that you can put on it left me with unhappy results. It was easy to use, but the mop pad left streaks on my floor. I hated that! I was willing to give Bona Hardwood Floor Mop a try hoping for better results.

It was easy to assemble and use. Just take the yellow cap off the cleaning solution and pop it in, you'll hear a 'click' sound when it's inserted properly. Attach the microfiber mop (which is machine washable) to the velcro strips and start cleaning. It's that simple, everything is included when you buy the mop. The pump for spraying the cleaner is located right behind where you hold the mop. I thought it sprayed a lot of solution out in one squirt. I started doing a half spray instead of pulling the spray pump all the way back. The cleaning solution is biodegradable, non-toxic, children and pet friendly.

You can see in the picture below (bottom right) the floor when I was done. There are NO streak marks, I was so happy with this mop. The floor was spotless and shiny. No residue left on them at all. It's so easy to use, I did all the floors in under 15 minutes! Final thought: If you have hardwood flooring, get THIS mop!
